Sample dryers and humidifiers
	Nafion dryers remove water from sample gas streams and can achieve a resultant dew-pont of <-30C with flow rates of a few ml/mins to 10-20 l/min. Loss of water soluble gases such as HCL, SOx and Nox is negligible giving a more accurate measurements. Humidifiers bring the humidity of a gas stream to that in the ambient atmosphere and find uses in medicine, gas analysis and fuel cell technology. Process humidifiers can humidfy gas at flow rates of hundreds of litres a minute to nearly 100% RH at elevated temperatures. Download a short form brochure here:

Perma Pure

Perma Pure LLC is a leading manufacturer of gas conditioning products such as dryers, humidifiers, filters, coalescers, speciality scrubbers and complete sampling systems. The company has more than 30 years of experience in applying systems to gas analysers.

Perma Pure dryers incorporate proprietary technology unique to Perma Pure based on the unusual properties of the Nafion polymer. Perma Pure is the sole supplier of Nafion^™ tubing to the world under exclusive license from DuPont, the manufacturer of Nafion. This tubing is extremely corrosion resistant and very selectively permeable to water, making it ideally suited for drying gas samples because water can be removed from a sample without otherwise changing the sample gas composition.

Gas conditioning converts hot, wet, dirty sample gas into dry, clean samples required by gas analysers for accurate and reliable measurement. Perma Pure offers both complete systems to accomplish this sample preparation and individual components for incorporation into other conditioning systems.
